3. Increase the lubricity of fiber, easy to process and sew, reduce the number of broken wires in the process of thread making

Application

 
This product is specially used in the sewing thread industry.
 
Polysiloxane is the main component, it is specially used in the sewing thread industry.Among them, the content of dimethyl silicone oil is between 20% and 50%, which could promise the number of wire breaks of 10,000 meters is not more than 5-6 times. Now it can also be replaced by methyl silicone oil of high-flash 500-1000cs.
